    Hey @jordi1 – that sounds to me like the payment gateways aren’t configured correctly or your cart/checkout page isn’t configured right.

    Could you please go to **WooCommerce > Status**, select “Get system report” and select the option to “Copy for support”? You can paste it in a response here.

    Hi @jordi1 – unless you’re using a plugin that allows you to do this, the cart and checkout shortcodes should not be on the same page and this could indeed explain why you’re having this problems. Can you please make sure you have two separate pages and test again if this is still causing a problem?
