What’s the other plugin that you’re using to generate the invoices? Also, how are you generating the invoices with this other plugin?

I have changed the other plugin, installed a new one. Somehow it has the same problem. When I generate an invoice with the other plugin I generate also with PDF Invoices. Both of them have separate buttons for generating the invoices

I do not know how the other plugin from webtoffee works, but with the free version of our plugin, you only have two ways to create a PDF document: Clicking on the PDF document icons or by attaching the PDF documents to WooCommerce notifications. That said, I wonder what condition you evaluate to generate a document, whether using our PDF Invoices plugin or the other one. Because if it is not a very complex condition, and if you have a license for Professional or Premium Templates, we can offer a code snippet free of charge, to generate two invoice number sequences.
