Users2CSV: File Opening Error in Excel

Hi there. I just installed Users2CSV. I download the CSV provided, and open it with Excel 2007 but Excel tells me 1) the file I am trying to open is in a different format than specified by the file extention. And. 2) Cannot Read Record 10. Continue reporting each error?

Pressing Yes on 2), Excel opens a blank users.csv.

How do I fix this problem?
