Users unable to use formatting

    When I post as the admin I can color the words, center or whatever. Everything works.

    However whenever a general user posts it breaks.
    Don't know if anyone knew this account since I got the basic run down on the site prior to this last month, but I'm taking over this website.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: #003366;">My name is Ryan, but I prefer to just be called by the account name.</span></p><p><span style="color: #003366;">I'm 22, I'm in college, I'll be gone this summer as I'm interning with Amazon and... that's about all I got to share personally.</span></p><p><span style="color: #003366;">RP wise I did a lot of RPing on RPS, ANIRP and IWAKU. But the sites I used are all kinda boring or my stuff/account keeps being deleted. Ironically the owner of this site goes to school with me and told me about her own site. Pretty obvious it's ran by a CS major, soooo nice. Thanks for inviting me!</span></p><p> </p><p>

    If by users you mean authors and contributors, WP restricts the tags and attributes they can use for security reasons. Only admins and editors can add unfiltered HTML.
