[Users] Rights adjustments

Hi,

Our wordpress site is finally in the air, but we want our co-workers to submit news / blogs.

When they login as Author they can’t upload there own image, only put a link in to an image on the web.

Now i’ve figured out that Editor and Author has the difference that “upload_files” is allowed by Editor and not by Author. Can i change the Author account so they can also upload pictures?
