    Good morning,
    I’m trying your plugin. It’s very nice. But I’m having a problem with the order cancellation request for guest users (without logging into the shop). [I used Google Translate]

    Hello @feltyde13900,

    Thank you for reaching out and for your kind words about the plugin.

    When a guest user submits a withdrawal request and the entered details are correct, a verification email will be sent to the email address provided in the request.

    Once the customer verifies the email, the withdrawal request will appear under WooCommerce → Withdrawals → Requests in the WordPress admin dashboard for further processing.
