Users not able to create accounts

    My new customers are having trouble creating an account since we added this free version to our site. The question I have is, what could be causing this? When they try and create a new account it tells them Error: Not enough data to create this user.
    Any help would be appreciated, we love this plugin!!

    Please try to reproduce the issue and check the Activity log for any events logged with your IP address.
