Users can’t login

Hi there! I have installed this plugin on worldpeacedisclosure.com and for some reason, when people complete the registration forms within the surveys we’ve created, they are unable to log in afterward, even if they’ve verified their email, etc. It’s not recognizing their info even though it’s in the registration forms and the members database.

It’s really urgent that I can figure this out as soon as possible as we’ve just done a big push and suddenly this is happening now. Thank you so much in advance!
