    Hello Community,

I’m responsible for the administration of a website of an organization I am part of. The website has a private Membership area which isn’t working correctly. It has been handed over to me like this.

Members who are approved after their registration should actually be able to edit additional profile information. But since a while, when hitting “Edit”, only the username is shown, without the forms to fill out.

Members who already registered before this problem occured, have all information shown in their profile when looking in the member list, though when they’re trying to edit their profile, they get the same problem.

The website is using the Ultimate Member Plugin. The Website is running all the latest updates.

I’ve added a few screenshots which I hope, help to solve the problem. They’re in german, if any translation is needed, please let me know.

Unfortunately my WordPress experience is very limited, but I hope to be able to solve the problem with your help. If any additional information are needed, please tell me – in the best case with a detailed explanation for “beginners”.

    Hi @wpig

Could you please provide a screenshot of the Profile form settings? Did you assign the Profile form to specific role? Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Forms > Edit a Profile form > see “Customize this form?” section.

    Thanks for your reply!

Members are put into the roles “Aktives Mitglied” or “Alumni”. Both should be able to edit their profiles. I added the screenshot you need plus a screenshot for the User roles. If you need any further information or translation please let me know.

    Thank you!

    Hi @wpig

Sorry for the late response. Just checking if you are still having issues?

How many roles are assigned to your test user? If there’s more than 1 role, you need to make one of the roles a Primary role by adding a Priority Number in the User Role settings > Priority Number.
