users cannot login from the front end

hi.
i just installed this awesome plugin. im working in a subdomain portal to use it like support helpdesk for my clients. i use awsome support plugin.

when i first installed plugin it was working correctly. i made some changes in the plugin setting to get quit for user profiles and stuff.
The security is an important factor to me. i always install AAM plugin and ithemes security pro for that purposes. those 2 plugins are a must have in my wordpress inatallations. but now the ultimate member isnt working correctly. i turned oof itheme security pro and user can log in to the site. i tryed to switch on ithemes security pro and retouch some settings without results.
i ask for help from developpers of this plugin to realize what is the problem to get fix it as soon as possible as i have a launching day and is sooner.
please i ask for help. the ithemes security is a must have plugin.
