    Hi.

I’ve installed the LearnPress plugin. When some (not all) the users try to access to the content of the courses they receive this error: https://snipboard.io/bBRLym.jpg (blocked by Wordfence).

Wordfence is installed with defaults values, and the firewall running. The users that are abeing blocked are normal user (the same country, with PC…)

    Can you help me?

    Regards.

Hi @tutumu, thanks for your question.

It depends on the block reason given in Live Traffic on how the users may be allowed to perform the action(s) they were trying to in future.

It could be a plugin setting or false-positive. Certain Brute Force or Rate Limiting options could be too strict, or Learning Mode may need to be enabled for a short time if one of your plugin’s actions is being blocked erroneously. If most users are being blocked on login, we recommend not having Wordfence > All Options > Brute Force Protection > Immediately lock out invalid usernames checked as a simple typing error will result in a block. That setting is mostly appropriate for sites that have no reason for anybody except the site admin to log in.

    Many thanks,
    Peter.
