username and login

Am new to WordPress and am looking for a plugin or similar that will allow me to make a web-site where for example the public can advertise houses they have to rent to holidaymakers.

I need to be able to provide each user with a username and login password where they can upload text, photos, calendar, answer emails etc.

Similar to airbnb or homeaway.
