user_pass Variables not working in mail message

    Hello,

    when i admin create new user from backend then mail send with user details and in mail i used some variables
    username:%user_login%
    Password:%user_pass%

    but password show in md5. I want to show plaintext in user notify mail.

    Can you please help me?
