user video page

    can anyone please help me….i am trying to attach a video page to my website but i want people to be able to upload videos and comment also and possibly have them register prior to uploading videos that i already have set up but i dont know what plugin to use or where to start i want it to be something like worldstarhiphop or youtube. anyone please help me!

    You may want to look into the BuddyPress plugin which essentially creates a social network within WordPress where people can have profiles, upload content, connect with other members, etc etc. BuddyPress does require some extra configuration and know how though to setup/maintain.

    You could also just have users register on your site and give them the ability to create posts (possibly even publish them) and then visitors could just visit that particular post and leave a comment about the video. There are several themes out there geared towards displaying videos/media that might be able to come close to doing what you need as well.

    first of all thanks jarret and i kind of have a social network right now and i tried to use the buddypress plugin but it altered my menus any other options that you may now about to get a video/comment page
