User using IoS cannot access my website

    I recently facing this issue, my website cannot be accessed by user using IOS while user using Android is working smoothly. Please anyone help

    Hi @dwiantoros

    Can you please cross check by deactivate AIOS plugin from Plugins list. is it AIOS plugin issue?

    If deactivating All in one security plugin it solves the issue and your site works fine in android device issue can you please cross check from Black list manager > Ban users the user agent related to iphone not banned.

    Also if Firewall > Additional firewall > Bad query strings and advanced character string is enabled try disable them.

    I’ve done what you are suggest to do. But, the issues is still there. I think its caused by IP Address detection by this plugin

    Hi @dwiantoros

    IP address detection should block for both Android and AIOS.

    Did you cross checked by disabling the All in one security plugin from plugin list ?
