User uppercase flag do not work fore me

    This plugin have nice features. but user flag Uppercase not work for me
    I mean the installation log write that is OFF, but when new user register UPPERCASE is always ON so after save user cannot enter since Passwportd alweays require Lower and uppercase character.
    so for me this plug in is totally not usable.
    I tried to found support but nothing until now
