    @ricsca2 – Provided the user has the appropriate permissions on your site they can add new images under Gallery > Add Gallery / Images.

    @ricsca2 – The user role is set under Users … the Roles and Permissions as applied to NextGEN Gallery are set according to those roles under Gallery > Other Options > Roles and Capabilities.
