User submitted post email notification?

    Is there any way to make wordpress send you an email when ever a registered user submits a post (a draft) that then has to be authorised? It sends you notifications whenever somebody makes a comment or registers as a user, though not when they submit a post which I think is strange

    Anyway to do it either by hack or plugin?
