User submitted post approved by two peers before admin

    Good day

    We have a customer who wants to allow subscribers to post to their website. But the posts are to be approved and edited by two peers (other subscribers or similar) before going to an admin for final approval.

    Is there a plugin (free or premium) that allows for this?
