User specific pages in WP?

Hey Guys,

I am not sure if this the right place to post this, but I’ll give it a go.

I want to implement an environment for a friend, who wants his clients to be able to log-in on his site, and each of his clients should be able to have his own profile and a couple of pages specific to him.

Specifically, the friend is a dietician, and he wants his clients to be able to log-in and view their diet, their historical and current weight as recorded by him, their chest/waist size and other such details.

Do you think it would be possible to implement something like that using wordpress as a basis? If yes, do you have any plug-ins to recommend to get me started?

Or do you think I’m better off just programming it my self? The thing is that I want to give my client an administrator panel as well, and this is why I though of using wordpress.
