User sender does not appear

Hello, I have a little problem, using godaddy, having problems sending mail (many emails did not come out) with postaman I solved through google api.
The problem is that when a user (user) sends to our custom contact form, using wp-mail (and it works) with postman when the mail arrives, the sender field, is always the same mysite@gmail.com, and not user@email.com so if the recipient wishes to respond directly to email, can not.
