User Roles at Registration

    Working on setting UM to work with page based in WPJobManager. Need user to select custom role (Candidate or Employer, as set by WPJM) upon registration. I believe this was answered in THIS THREAD but I have no idea how to apply that solution. Any help or walk throughs would be GREATLY appreciated!
