User role block List users but enable Edit user

    Hello,

    We use Capability Manager (capsman) to manage user roles and are trying to block the “List users” page but keep the “Edit user” page enabled.

    Our customer service agents are not allowed to list all users (see an overview of all users with all details), but only specific individuals that they can search for, view and update.

    How can we achieve this?
