User Registration/Login Page

This may seem like a stupid question, but where is the user registration/login page for my WordPress? I’m running the latest version of WordPress, as well as the Register Plus plugin installed and activated. I also have the settings set to allow new users, but I don’t see any register/login options revealed on my home page of my WordPress. How do I make that publicly available to people who visit my page?! Thanks in advance, I’m getting kinda frustrated over here LOL.

Oh by the way, this is my site. It’s not finished, or open yet.
