User Registration Save Enable?

Howdy,
Thanks for your work on the plugin!

I saw this “Added function to ensure ‘Save’ button does not appear on user registration forms (Create an account or Maintain account)” in your changelog.

I am in need of having a user registration form with save button. I commented out the part of the boolean operator on line 57 that blocked the save button for user registration and it works fine. Any way to ensure this is future-proofed so when you update your plugin it won’t be overwritten?
