Hello everyone, hope you everyone fit and healthy.

Sorry to interupt your time, i wanna ask a aquestion about my problem with Amelia WP. Im new in Amelia, i have a Booking Website abput Consultant, just a 30 minute and 1 hour consult.

In my web, the condition is my customer will Sign Up and Sign In with WPForm. The default Role for the new user is “subscriber”. After the user Login/ Register, the user will redirect to Booking Catalog and choose the service, and the problem is when the user start to Fill the information (default, first + last name, email, number). Some user dont need to fill in manually, because its automatic fill. But some user have to fill in manually. Why this is happen?

The user with Automatic Fill, he will be able to See the Customer Panel.
But te user with manually fill in, wont be able to see the customer panel.

Then i check in Amelia Setting, i choose the user with manually fill in, then i edit the user, BUT it wont choose the wordpress user.

Im so sorry for my bad grammar, Thank for the Answer

    Hello there

Thank you for reaching out to us, and sorry for the late response.

For Amelia’s Customers to be connected to their WordPress user role, you need to enable “Automatically create Amelia User” in Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer. Then, only when a user books an appointment or an event will their WP User role be created. That user role is “Amelia Customer”, and cannot be “Subscriber”.

So, at the moment, Amelia doesn’t have capabilities to “see” your existing WordPress users and link them with Amelia.

For further questions about the plugin, please feel free to open a ticket on our official support platform https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/, as this forum is only for Amelia Lite, and a lot of features from the full version are not included in Lite, so by the rules of WP.org we cannot provide support for the full version here.

    Thank you for your understanding.
