• Since the latest update we’ve had people be unable to complete orders due to their email addresses flagged as spam. The only reason I know this is because we have had NEW customers contact us regarding this issue.

    I’m not sure what happened with the antispam engine, but it’s rather aggressive. I have a feeling I’m losing a lot of sales because of this. Also, every single thing in the log now states “form submission denied”.

    Here is a list of the URLs I found.

    /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
    /product/flag-cord-and-tassel/ (looks like an add to cart?)
    /product-category/christmas-decorations/bulbs-light-sets/incandescent-bulbs/c7-incandescent-bulbs/ceramic-c7-bulbs-incandescent-bulbs/

    There is also lots of form submission denied on our root URL.

    Hi!

    Go to the Antispam admin page. Enter the following string to the “Query whitelist” setting field. Click Save changes.

    Please install the latest version of the plugin. It brings multiple improvements to anti-spam algorithms.
