    When a new attendee is on an event page and wants to register/book the event, after entering their new account information for the first time on the check out page, nothing happens after hitting “Place Order.” When the attendee clicks the button again they receive the error message, “This email already exists in our system, please log in to register for this event.” Can you please fix this error?

  • It’s possible this is a conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

    I’ve had the event manager plug in for over a year and have never had this issue. I have not installed any new plug-ins.

    I have not changed my theme either.

    Have you tried the test I suggested?

    I was one of the plug-ins! Thank you so much! The issue is now resolved!
