User Registration

Hi,
I have using WordPress 4.6 to my multi-store.during new vendor/customer registration will be generating email with new vendor/customer details (registration information email) .this functionality is working fine.but at a bit one another mail also generating with a title as Notice of Password Change.Actually user are just registering into store and not changing the password.how to remove this email during registration time?
please let me know for resolving the same.
