    Hi jabadell,
    Thanks for your message.

    The [user_registered] shortcode should output the information as stored by WordPress in the database. If WordPress has recorded the incorrect time and date then you need to check to things: what time zone your site is set to under Settings and what time and date the server is set to. If one is wrong, it may influence the other.
