User profile doesn’t update

Hello, I’m having a problem with edit-profile function. I wouldn’t update.

I checked a post about the similar problem, and upon the post, I did the followings;

-I deactivated all the plugins
-I changed the theme to defalut
-All the settings for the plugin is set to different pages(login, user, account etc)

I still had problem and the chrome inspect(console) says

admin-bar-v2.js?ver=11.1-a.1-202224:3 Missing data from PHP (wpNotesArgs).

which I have no idea what it means.
