User privileges problem

    Hello

    I didn’t give, to Zephyr – Manager role, the privilege to create users and teams, but this didn’t work. Manager can create users and team.

    If I didn’t give him the “All Zephyr Capabilities” the dashboard page doesn’t work.

    Can you help me?

    Where can You do that? I can’t. If the two permissions on the general settings page are not selected I can’t find a place letting me create a team or a new user.

    Could you provide a screenshot by any chance?

    Hi @usethevibe,

    Thanks so much for your message and I apologize for the trouble you experienced.

    With the “All Zephyr Capabilities” permission, the user role will have all permissions including creating teams/users etc.

    Regarding the issue you mentioned where the dashboard isn’t working if the user doesn’t have the “All Zephyr Capabilities” permission, I would just like to confirm, do you mean the backend dashboard, or the frontend project manager? If it is the backend manager, can you confirm that the user has the “Access Backend” permission instead of the “All Zephyr Capabilities” permission, as that will allow them to view the project manager.
