User on Windows Servers? Questions

Would love to chat regarding getting the right set up as I am about at the end of my rope and ready to give up Word press. I don’t really think its the program, I believe its the fact that its not made for Windows? I may be wrong but even with the MySQL Change the constant emails to Support, I just cant get it together to figure out WHY I can’t get past the Login to run and not get to a page/permission denied. So, if you are a Windows User I would love some assistance.

If Not, Are there any server companies that run Word Press and would allow me to Integrate it into my current website so I don’t have to change everything? Is it possible?
