User offline issue

Hi,
I am using the websocket version of the plugin and now everytime I try and make an audio/video call to another user, it says that the user is offline when I know they are online. I have updated to the latest version but I still get the same error.
The clients site needs to be going live on Wednesday and I’m getting a little worried.
Please help! 🙂
