User meta Help

I run two different websites. They are both hosted on the same dedicated server with localhost as the mysql. Here is my question:

I have a general public social networking site on let’s say ABC which they can upgrade to a premium membership to become a member of the other site which we will call XYZ. What I want to be able to do is create a new user on the XYZ site with the exact same user meta or username and password all done automatically. Is this possible?
