Hi and sorry for my english, and if the solution had been already posted I apologize but i can’t seem to find it.

My site has been stormed by attempt to log in and all account had been locked out from the site. I managed to reenter the site and disable the feature from the security settings, but the users are still locked out. I withelisted my ip so i can log in, but if the plugin is active and i try to log from another pc or the phone i’m still locked out. Is there a way to remove the lockout for the users? possibly without having to edit the database. If I must use the database where can i get specific instruction? I have to give them to someone that had never worked with WordPress, cause the site that i’m using is in a sever with many others and I’m new to database so the owner doesn’t give me access to be sure i can’t screw things up…
