User Icon – Photograph

Hey all, I just installed WordPress on my website at ironicallyenough.net and i’m really excited about the layout and all of the features it has to offer.

I’ve been to a few other wordpress pages and I’ve noticed that some wordpress blogs have a pretty nifty little feature which allows each Author/Editor to upload a photograph of themselves which displays whenever they post a new blog on the main page or if they post a comment..

How do I go about adding the widget or theme that allows my users to do this?? Is it a specific theme that has the capability or is this already built into WordPress but I’m failing to find the feature in which I need to enable.. Please help! =)
