User groups list disaper in acc setting

    Hello. Thanks for plugin. It works great.
    All groups still the same.
    But now i can change them.
    I go to every user account settings and on the bottom of the page is nothing.
    Only note about administrator.
    But plugin still working.
    Any ideas?

    Hey,

    currently not. So the selection for the user groups at the user pages are gone? Are you logged in as super administrator?

    Its works fine all year long.
    Yes super administrator.
    Everything working but groups cant be changed 😀

    Is the user you want to change also an administrator? Because these users aren’t able to be part of an user group.

    I cant change anyone anymore.
    We have 5 diferent groups on website.
    They all are still working but dont shown up if I need to change some group.
    Just as you see on screenshot.
    For new user the same
    For old users the same….
    i have no idea how to fix it ))

    Did you change the minimum access level at the uam settings to something different than administrator?

    No i dont touch it. After problem apears i try to change it.
    But it doesnt work and i set it back to administrator

    Comlete plugin reinstal didnt help. Problem remains…

    finaly after some data base BACKUPS….
    bug with groups starts after WordPress update
    UAM wants to update own databases. And…
    Dont do this if you want to remain groups alive 🙂
    Fixed.

    delete_users must be disabled for all users and for all roles.
    after that you can update database
    works for me.
