User does not receive confirmation mail

    We have another small problem: After registrating, the user does not receive confirmation mail.
    We tried to Register with different mails (yahoo, web, Outlook, etc) but we never got any confirmation mail.
    However, we receive the information email about a new registration to the admin email.

    Pleas tell me, if you know a fix, or if you Need any screenshots from the plugins Settings pages.

    Thank you for contacting us regarding your question.
    Option “Create Subscriber without confirmation” disabled ?
    Have you looked at the mail log on your hosting?
    Perhaps letters are not sent from your server?
