User data not pulled through

Hi guys,
Really confused about what’s happened as this plugin worked great previously.
I’ve noticed recently that new users information isn’t getting pulled through to the backend of wordpress -specifically the users list.
Before I used to get new users registering for my site via a register UM form.
Then I could see their details in the Users section of wordpress with the details all correct.
Now whenever a new user registers their information is not shoing up in Users?
Any ideas why this might be happening?
