Social Login saves first name, last name, email address, bio, profile url and profile picture from the social media profiles of the users logging in using social login that is visible at the profile page of user that you can see from the Users page in the admin area.
Can’t we see age and gender? Because when I try to sign in with Google there is writing “example.com can see your gender”
There are no profile fields for age and gender. That’s why plugin doesn’t save these fields from Google.
