I’m using forminator to register users with a certain role on one of my sites.

So, in the email the two admins receive there’s an approve link. Is it possible to add a declined link as well, that triggers a mail to the applicant that tells them they have been declined?

By default, this is not possible and this will be outside the scope of support to provide such a thing. For that, you’ll need to hire a developer to provide the required custom code for you.
