Hi @kindnessville,
Regarding your query about creating a special page where subscribed users can adjust their personal email send times based on their timezone – currently, FluentCRM does not have a built-in feature that allows this level of individual control over email delivery schedules. Our system typically dispatches emails and runs automations based on the WordPress site’s configured timezone, or the specific schedule set within an automation, rather than personalized user timezone preferences. So, in its current state, implementing this exact functionality isn’t feasible directly within FluentCRM.
However, this is an absolutely brilliant idea, and I can certainly see the immense value it would add, especially for businesses like yours with a diverse global audience! User-controlled send times based on individual timezones would be a fantastic enhancement.
I would be delighted to take this forward as a feature request for our development team to consider for future releases. To help me present this idea effectively and ensure our team fully grasps your vision, could you please elaborate a bit more on how you envision this feature working? For instance, what kind of interface would users interact with on this special page? Would they select a specific time (e.g., 8:00 AM), a general ‘morning’/’afternoon’ slot, or perhaps their timezone from a dropdown? How would this preference then integrate with existing FluentCRM campaigns or automations to ensure emails are held until their preferred time?
Thank you.

Thank you for your kind reply, Ibrahim, and sorry for the delay responding to you.
I’ve been tinkering around with an automation I’ve created with your plugin, and noticed that you have the option to “Wait until a certain date/time.” This may solve an issue for an online program I’m starting March 1st. If this trigger is put at the beginning of the automation, when they add themselves using my FluentForm, they will be paused until the program begins if I set the wait until March 1st.
Here’s my question: I’m wondering if there’s a way to “capture” the time they added themselves to my list and send the first (and consecutive emails) at that time on March 1st.
For example, if today, a user added themselves to the list using the Form at 6:30 am, is there a way they could receive the first email on March 1st at 6:30 am? And if the subsequent emails were scheduled for a 1-day wait, could the other emails then arrive at 6:30 am?
Is there a way to make this work?
I have people all over the world participating in my program and I really want the emails delivered to them at the beginning of their day—not the beginning of my day 😊

Hello @kindnessville,
Sorry for the delayed response and for getting back to you.
Regarding your question about capturing each user’s exact sign-up time (e.g., 6:30 am) and then dynamically using that specific time to send subsequent emails on a specific day and beyond – that’s a very clever and considerate approach for a global audience!
At present, FluentCRM doesn’t have a built-in mechanism to capture a user’s submission time and then dynamically utilize that specific timestamp to trigger or schedule subsequent automation actions or email deliveries. While we can set specific waiting periods (like a 1-day wait) or specific dates/times, using a dynamically captured time relative to each individual user’s sign-up for future actions isn’t something our automation system supports directly at this moment.
However, this is an absolutely brilliant idea, especially for programs with an international audience like yours! It would significantly enhance the personalization and effectiveness of email delivery.
I would be delighted to take this forward as a feature request for our development team. To help me present it in the most comprehensive way, could you perhaps elaborate a little more on how you envision this working? For instance:
- Would the system capture the user’s local time, or a universal time (like UTC) that would then be adjusted for their perceived local time?
- How would you ideally configure this setting within the automation builder if it were available?
Your insights would be incredibly valuable in helping our team understand the real-world application and potential implementation.
Thank you again for bringing such an innovative idea to our attention.
