User Commenting Function for WEN Corporate Theme

    Hey there,

    I’m using the WEN Corporate theme for my site and I’m unsure of how to allow users to comment anonymously with their own reviews using the comment function built into this these? Does this theme allow for that and if so how do I activate that?

    Hi,

    Have you enabled it from the plugin options? First, in order for it to work, you need to enable it from the plugin’s settings page. 🙂

    Oh, could you upload the comments.php file somewhere and give me the link to it? Please do not paste the code here in the forum thread, as it’s recommended to use 3rd-party services for such tasks. 🙂

    In WP Product Review settings there is this option “Activate comment review user” which is set to No by default. It needs to be switched to Yes.

    Also, if the theme uses a modified commenting file then WP Product Review will not work with it, our plugin uses the default commenting system.
