User changing theme addition

I want the user to be able to change the theme! Not like the WP theme but let’s say it was Easter soon I could write a post saying “Easter theme nos available” and it lets the user change to a theme with icons changed to Easter eggs, the colour scheme more springy etc!

Do you get what I mean?

I tried the plugin Theme Switcher but that lets the user change the WP theme but I want to create “themes” that change the colour scheme, banner and icons to fit a certain theme! Is there a plugin or something for this!
