User can't log-in, wp-admin link doesn't work

I’ve made a website for my aunt, everything works as it should except she can’t open the wp-admin login site…
I’ve told her how to clear her cash and delete cookies, she said she did that and it still doesn’t work. But i can log in just fine…
She lives in France, i live in The Netherlands so i can’t really go over there to check it out.
She uses Google Chrome and (i think) IE (she called it “regular google”) it doesn’t work on either browsers.

I’m not that handy with problems like this. Please help!
