User can’t access pages intermittently

    We have a relatively small site with about 15 pages.

    Most pages require a user to be logged in to view. If a user tries to access a page and they are not logged in they will get a prompt to log in. After logging in successfully, the user is then redirected to the page they are trying to access

    Acting as a user, I am able to log into the site and access all pages. But after visiting multiple pages eventually a random page will say that I need to be logged in to access the page (even though I am logged in).

    If I log out and then log back in through the page I was previously denied access to, I can then regain access to that page.

    I can also log into the site via a different browser and get access to the page I was denied access to in the previous browser.

    Can you please provide some insight as what what our problem could be?

    Hi @shawncolsoft

    Does your site have a caching plugin or has a server cache module? If so, please try disabling it and see if this is a conflict issue with the cache.
