User Approval Emails not Sending

The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function…

We’ve had this plugin set up and it was working fine until just a week ago. Nothing’s been added or changed on the server or site to cause this, to our knowledge. No new plugins, etc.

Any thoughts?
