    Can I use Form maker For user login and register page . How to set User Name

    Dear friend, you can create a registration form with our form maker + registration add-on. You can check here to see how you need to set up.

    As for the login form, we do not have such a feature but there different 3rd party login page tools, you can also use the WordPress default login page.
