1) no, but it might be that I misunderstood the questions, so please rephrase
2) yes, but only the Pro version has this addon
3) yes, same as above.
Note that we are currently working on re-making the userlisting feature, since it has some small bugs on certain website (server) settings. If you encounter a given issue, please let us know, but we will issue an update in a few days
4) not by default. You can use the built-in filters though to achieve this. If you will need help achieving this, please write us on the forum: http://www.cozmoslabs.com/forums/

thanks for the reply. I am trying to rephrase the question 1 again.
1) can a site visitor be allowed to create user album during registration (sign up) or maybe after successfully logged in first time to the site, of course with the admin permission.
you forgot to answer question 4 instead you answer question 3 as 4.
What I want to achieve through your plugin.
REGISTRATION PAGE
I wanted to create a modeling site. where new model are able to register themselves and later or during the registration they can upload their photo portfolio.
MODELS PAGE (i hope this we can achieve through user listing)
A page where all registered/approved models will be displayed with their image and a short description under their image i.e. name, age, country etc
